Prize

Prize is for:

• one (1) $50 Black Estate Voucher
• the use of a Lexus vehicle for one (1) day (subject to availability).

• A double pass to the Hadlee Pavilion for Day 4 of the Blackcaps vs Australia Test Match.

Winner will be notified by Hagley Oval. Chosen vehicle booking day must be within six (6) calendar months of competition closing. The winner must confirm their chosen day within one (1) calendar month from the day they are contacted. Vehicle option depends on chosen weekend and vehicle availability.

Eligibility

For insurance purposes, the driver must be over the age of 25 and hold a full driver’s licence. Entrants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents. Vehicle must be collected from Lexus of Christchurch and allowances will not be made for any travel costs in getting to or from our dealership to collect and redeem the prize.

Acceptance

Hagley Oval will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, but in the event of no response within 72 hours the prize may be forfeited and redrawn. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name and photo of them collecting the vehicle shared on the Lexus of Christchurch and Miles Group social media channels, and monthly email newsletter if applicable.

Insurance

Insurance will be provided by Lexus of Christchurch on completion of a Loan Vehicle document which will need to be signed by the winner prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Winner is liable for insurance excess cost in the event of an incident. Drivers must be over the age of 25 and provide copies of the driver’s licences prior to collection. This insurance excludes cover for personal items/effects being carried or stored within the vehicle.

Vehicle Specific Conditions

One of our team will run through all features of the vehicle before you set off. Repair costs for any damage or breakages to the vehicle deemed to be not road accident related, will be on-charged to the driver at the discretion of Lexus of Christchurch
