Funding organisations continue to support the CCT

The days are getting warmer and longer and that can only mean one thing – cricket season is not far away.
Hagley Oval Precinct welcomes thousands of people to our facilities every year from across our community. Whether you are a spectator coming to watch a match, a school or local club player having a hit in the Sir Richard Hadlee Sports Centre, maybe you are involved in one of our annual charity matches or you could be just enjoying a walk around the Oval, we celebrate all of you and thank you for making Hagley Oval what it is.
Behind the scenes, in our small team, we have several people that work on providing these opportunities for you, managing and making the assets and facilities available and making sure our community knows all about the activities that take place here.
One of those people is the Canterbury Cricket Trust’s Operational Support Coordinator who is often the person you will talk to if you ring or the person responding if you email Hagley Oval.
The Canterbury Cricket Trust has been fortunate enough to receive a Pub Charity Grant to help with our coordinator’s wages and ensure we can continue to provide opportunities for our community to enjoy the precinct.
