India A comes to Hagley Oval
From 31 October to 3 November, Hagley Oval will host New Zealand A v India A in a four-day match, giving Christchurch cricket fans another opportunity to see some of the country’s emerging talent take on a strong Indian side.
And the best part? Entry is free for the public*.
Following the conclusion of the T20I series, India A will arrive in Ōtautahi Christchurch for what promises to be a fascinating four days of cricket. With both sides featuring players looking to push their case for higher honours, the match offers a chance to see some of the next generation of international cricketers in action.
For those who enjoy the longer format of the game, it is also a chance to settle in and enjoy cricket at Hagley Oval without the crowds and occasion of an international match day. Bring a picnic, find your spot on the embankment and enjoy a day at the Oval.
