PLUNKET SHIELD RETURNS TO HAGLEY OVAL.

Despite the International season being all done and dusted here at Hagley Oval, we still have one more match to wrap things up for the 2024/2025 season.
This weekend will see the home Domestic season close out with a 4-day First Class Championship Plunket Shield match.
Starting Friday the 21st of March, Canterbury take on Central Districts here at Hagley Oval.
Entry to the embankment for Plunket Shield games are free so whether it’s for the full day, or just a lunch break in the sun, come on down!
General Information:
The Miles Group Members Lounge will be open from 10am for all members and members guests. Entry to the Lounge is via the Hadlee Pavilion main reception only. The bar will be open, and a reduced bistro menu will be available.
Permanent toilets are available for the general public located behind and under the Hadlee Pavilion.
Public carparking, including limited mobility carparking, is available in the council run Riccarton Ave Carpark, but this is first in first served. Alternatively, there is Wilson Parking available at Tū Waka-Waipapa adjacent to hospital corner.
For your safety when visiting, a reminder that it is not uncommon for the cricket ball to be hit into areas where spectators are. Please stay safe by keeping your eye on the ball and remind those that are with you to do the same.
