As many of you will have read, New Zealand Cricket has proposed a new privately owned T20 Franchise to replace the current Super Smash T20 Domestic Competition.
New Zealand Cricket this week, confirmed that due to time restrictions, the launch of NZ20 has been delayed until December 2027.
What this means for our visitors, is that the 26/27 season is expected to proceed as normal providing international content (due to be released soon) and domestic content that will feature all formats for everyone to enjoy.
We will post further information as we get updates on the new NZ20 franchise competition scheduled to start during the 2027 / 2028 playing season.
